I found Yoga in the nineties when, after being a dancer for 10 years, I was already aware of the beauty of the mind, body connection, but wanted to take it to a deeper level.
In the beginning, I practiced Yoga on & off for many years & every time I went back to it, it felt so right, it felt like home.
Now, every day I look forward to my time with myself on my mat!

I completed my 1 year intense Teacher’s training at Jai Yoga Studio, Cape Town with Jacqueline Ivory.
I am a qualified Ashtanga & Vinyasa teacher. I also have experience in teaching Yoga Nidra, Pregnancy Yoga & Kiddies Yoga.
