Parking

There are various parking options when you visit Jai and we would like to make each of them clear to you.
Public Parking Lot - There is a public parking lot in front of The Spearhead building. It's a first come first served basis and starts to fill up with people who work in the area around 8am. Anyone arriving before 8am and after 5.30pm will find parking there. The cost is R4 per hour. You will easily find parking there all day Saturday and Sunday. It costs nothing at weekends up until 6pm. After then it's R5 per entry.
On Street Parking - There are quite a lot of empty parking bays on Bree St very near our building at all times of the day.
Southern Sun Hotel - Situated directly behind The Spearhead there is an Interpark carpark in the basement for public use. This is a good option when you come to class between 9 and 5 Mon - Fri. When you walk out of the exit of the car park The Spearhead is right there on your left. You will be at the back of the building. To get to the front of the building turn left and walk around. You will pass Subarshi Sushi and Cal Cacchio's as you come round. It's a 1 minute walk max to our front door.
